medial support. She is a dream on the milkstand—and Dakota’s Showmanship goat. Show record to be
updated shortly. She blessed us with Quads this year—good girl Mia !!!!!!!

Trinket

Trinket is a family favorite here, as she is so sweet and easy to get along with . She sports bright blue
eyes on that black background of hers and it is really striking. She lacks capacity to be competitive in
the show ring, but her daughters have been an improvement, and she contributes toward the family
milk supply. Trinket will be for sale at a later time, when our herd has enough milk production to meet
all the needs, since she is not a part of the show string.
CH AGS Buttin' Heads Zipther

P.J. came to us courtesy of Sue Rucker of Buttin Heads Nigerians in OH, one of the premier
breeders in this country. She is our other resident champion - and can you spell UDDER?
We can not wait to see her freshen this coming spring, and my son is looking forward to
showing her in Champion Challenge.

Tiny Town Una

(CH Ground Rush Mama Mia X Green Gate Xfile)
(see each parents page for continuation of pedigree)

This was Mia's first freshening singleton doe, and she sure stamped her with the red and white
pattern!  The breeding that produced Una is a line breeding on Goodwood Xray - Mia's Great
Tiny Town Blue Suede Shoes

(Ground Rush Rhapsodie En Bleu X Green Gate Xfile)
See parents' page for extended pedigree

Melody is an all black (but for her frosted ears) blue eyed daughter our of our beloved Bleu.  This doe
has the potential to meet or exceed her mothers capacity on her subsequent freshenings. As a first
Blue is our Blue eyed milk pail gusher! She has tremendous capacity that she inherited from the
“Harmony” line of the Ground Rush Herd. Blue is one of my personal favorite goats—I just love her
dairy character. To her show credits—Blue won Senior Grand and Best of Breed under Terri Baker in
Sept 06 at the Frederick County Fair. She has one ADGA CH leg— Several reserves to her credit. She is
looking strong as a 2nd freshener.

Ellie is probably the strongest udder in our herd.  She completed 2007 with two ADGA Senior Champion legs
which was very complimentary from the under 2 milker class. We concluded the year with a lot of anticipation of
her second freshening.  Ellie has NOT let us down. Her udder is fabulous!
We can't wait to get her our this spring to go head to head with the big
girls!   The only disappointment is that we haven't gotten a doe kid out
of her yet!  Oh well ,
here's to 2009!

With the passing of her LEGENDARY grandmother Far-N-Best Suzuki, we have come to realize how very very
special this doe and her genetics is to herd! We will always be grateful to Valerie for her guidance in
recommending this doe to us back in 2005!
Mia finished her ADGA Championship in June 07 with 2 insurance legs to boot.
Mia won Best of Breed at the   MDGA Spring show in Leetown WV in May 07.
I get so many emails about this doe and have so many offers I have lost count! Parcheesi is a lovely doe that came to us courtesy
of Blue Ribbon Goats on California. I bought this doe on the strength of her mother who was the 2004 AGS Youth Champion
doe. Parcheesi herself is a strong milker and pleasure on the milk stand. In 2007 she had multiple class placements in the under 2
milker class but couldn't get past her room mate Ellie who had more capacity last year.  This year she has freshened even better
and will be back out in the show ring giving it another go.
Her show record includes 1 X Junior Champion Doe.
Grandfather and Xfiled dad.  She is a blending of the Green Gate, Goodwood, Promiseland, Ground Rush , herds.  Una was a
first freshener in 2007 and although she sported a high, well attached udder, she could not  get past Ellie  in the under two
milk class.  We are hoping for more capacity in her in subsequent freshenings.  A nicely bred doe.
freshener in 2007, Melody was easy to milk and lots of capacity, but could use a little more strength in
her rear attachments to carry that heavy bag.  We will breeding her this fall with that in mind, crossing
her with our strongest rear attachment buck to help her daughters sock it up there!  Melody went to a
few shows this year and sported many class placements in the huge under 2 milker classes she
attended.  Black is recessive in Nigerians, so she is a fun one to breed to find out what hidden recessive
colors come out of our bucks - this year (06) we found some blue roan in there!
