| FAQ Yes--we milk our goats! Milking and producing fresh home made dairy products for our family has been yet another delight provided by these incredible little goats. In 2006 we tweaked recipes for Ricotta and Fresh Mozzarella Cheeses, made delicious home made yogurt, and some of the most scrumptious home made ice cream you have ever tasted. The family favorite by far was the Blackberry--made from our farm fresh bushes. We in addition did some experimenting with fresh butter and soaps, and will be working on improving those recipes in 2007--after the babies are done with their mothers sweet milk, of course. |
